How to use
All the balloon tape you received have precut lining, you need to punch it out first, but just clear and use one by one, not clear all holes one time.
After clear the holes, you can stick an end of balloon into the hole. Balloons of different sizes can be inserted on both sides. Hang on the balloon arch or garland on the wall and fix it with ribbon.
